Canned sardines: my new favorite food

She had no trouble at all with my Tesoro del Mar ( procuct of Costa Rica ) request. I'm set for six months....

My brand these days is the Crown Prince 2 layer Brisling Sardines in olive oil.

Bristings are the best. King Oscar, for a few cents more is the best way to go.

I had some sardines with avocado once and logged it into my calorie counter and the fat allowance went seriously over! I don't think this thing differentiates between good fat and bad fat. Sardines and avocados are definitely good fat!
