Default Restaurant Suggestions for New Year's Eve

Hello Everyone! I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions for a range of restaurants to visit early on NYE for 3 mid-30s girls visiting from the North! I want to compile a list for my friends so we can take a vote for where we shall eat that night! It doesn't have to be CHEAP cheap but can't be bank breaking either. I guess something moderate but good. I saw suggestions for Tuscan Steak, I think? How about any good Italian, Cuban and/or Seafood restaurants? We are staying right on SoBe so something close would be better for us. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

    Hi yankee_girl1972,

Welcome to the forum. There will be a lot of things going on in South Beach.

Tuscan Steak is a great option, I spent NYE 2005 there because I used to work there and I saw that people had a blast. The menu was great and they stayed opened late. Let's wait for Brad-A to tell us what they are doing this year. After you can go to China Grill for some Music and more drinks.

A good seafood restaurant is A Fish Called Avalon on Ocean Dr. The street is cut so that the restaurant can put more table outside in order to let the customer enjoy the fireworks at midnight.

Every year, Bongo's Cuban Cafe has a special menu, and after you can stay and party in the nightclub. I will have the details on Tuesday.

Well, I hope this helps you a little bit and I'll contact you soon.

    Temporary Tuscan Update.

So the night is not yet finalized but will go something like this one seating around 6 and the second around 9 will feature a DJ and pulse into the night.

    Price $125-150

It will be finalized this week and I will update then.

Yeah, I have been running from Yankee winters for years.
