Wow, that's interesting to know. Residential in Wynwood is up and coming?

What's the deal, though, isn't there a bunch of Section 8 right there to the east of Miami Ave.?

    Its all being knocked down...

    major gentrification going on.

A house could be zoned for a 10 story buliding so its being sold to the highest bidder. Poor people living in $20,000 homes the past 10 years are all cashing in now for $300-$400k for their house.

Look at Mirage on NE 2nd Ave & 25th that just opened. Big white mid rise with a house directly next door that someone rehabbed and made beautiful thinking it was a quiet dead end street.

NW 2nd ave is the heart of Wynwood now as opposed to Miami Ave so those warehouse lots are selling for millions..its pretty crazy!

So you're saying the population of that area will probably increase 10X and that TOO will be undrivable with traffic and parking and no viable public transportation?????

Yay Miami and its completely short sighted zoning laws!!!!!

The only good thing is that the real 'wynwood' area doesn't allow buildings of a certain height or certain density..so no 50 story towers..but definitely more 'loft buildings' and multi-family buildings coming that way....The wynwood people are trying to prevent what you said from happening, happening...

Wow. Imagine cashing in on your 20k house for 300k.

miami is running out of space to build if that's the case.

Well that's good. Thank god for the FAA and the expensive homes north of 195.
