Default South Beach Hostesses: A Photo Essay

I went on a mission. It was to take photos of hostesses working at restaurants in South Beach. Presented here is the culmination of that work. It's not quite complete as there are some restaurants that didn't want to participate (why, I'll never understand) and some, I just didn't get to (I'll come soon, Espanola Way, I promise). The primary goal was to shoot hostesses, but some hosts did sneak in because that's how the establishment staffs their restaurant.

And so here are the photos of this escapade. Information on all of the establishments represented in this essay should be found here.

Also, thanks to ALLLLL of you for taking part in this and being so good about it. And if you aren't represented here and would like to be, contact Gus, and we'll schedule a shoot.

Appearing in the first set, hostesses from:

Atlantic Cafe, Oriente, Fox Cafe, Mangos, Cafe Milano, Rendezvous, and Sea Cafe...

... Medi, Tiramisu, Books and Books (not really hostesses, but they were enthusiastic about posing, so sure, why not!), Pasha, Van Dyk Cafe, Nexxt Cafe (same: no real hostesses when I was there, but they posed; very friendly), Sushi Samba (one of what appears to be 638 hostesses on staff) ...
