People still freak out when I tell them that I have cuy! I thought it was quite tasty.
Under the sun we actually had our final group dinner there. IT was FABALOUS!!! I'll never forget the ceramy chicken salad dish wrapped in yummy savoy potato!!!
That and teh 400 types of corn, I've never seen corn kernels so big
True that Soph. I remember one potato plate I had there with eight different types.
Did you make it out to The Rosa Nautica ? My favorite though was La Carreta which is fine steak house. I still find it hard to believe my first meal in that city was at the Hard Rock in Larcomar. Can't blame be, I just got off the plane and didn't want to hit the clubs down below on empty.

Maria - Just make sure you hang a red flag outside the class and I'll find it. Sophgirl knows what I'm talking about

I had a boyfriend from Peru for 3 years and he hasnt taught me to cook anything. And I asked him so many times too. He has however cooked for me couple of times, some of the dishes were very traditional. I remember I liked what he cooked, but I never got the chance to learn it. I would appreciate a cooking class, it is a neat idea indeed!!!

Thanks Nadia! I will keep that in mind!

If we don't do a group class through 411, you can still sign up on your own. See the links above.
