I am not from Miami, but from what I have read from other guys:

If you don't have tight game and money you can forget getting laid with beautiful girls in only 3 days in Miami Beach. Overweight girls who are a 5 act like they are an 8 because they get so much attention. You might want to try Mainland Miami where you can get lucky with a 'no habla ingles' girl. I've also read girls in Fort Lauderdale are much friendlier.

I tell my guy friends all the time who dream of coming to Miami to hook up with hotties, Miami is a city to look at beautiful women, not necessarily hook up with them. Especially not in the south beach clubs. Night after night I see some guy friends of mine (Ohio transplants) try to hook up at the hot clubs in south beach. They may get a dance or two from a girl but NEVER much more than that. They are used to easy sorority girls in Ohio, and I think their illusions of easy sex in Miami are slowly but surely being shattered.
On south beach, girls may come by the table you paid over 1000 for, get free drinks and then be on the other side of the club so fast it'll make your head spin. If you follow her, you're a creep and she'll quickly grab a friend's hand and run away from you. Did it all the time when I was single

On the mainland, with the exception of Brickell, most girls under 30 will live with their parents and have a curfew lol. Kidding, but not far from the truth.

Sobeyotch is actually frighteningly on point with her assessment. Miami is not a hard city to get laid in, by any stretch, because there are so many people on vacation and the ration of females to males is very favorable. At least in terms of residents. HOWEVER...

The hot girls you see are getting hit on by 100 guys a night. No point in being #101. If you're looking to hook up, you're better going to hotel bars or regular bars and just chatting up whoever's there. I've lived here since 1998 and I can count on one hand the number of times I've gone home with anyone from a club. I can also count on one hand the number of girls I've gone home with here that would be considered "hot."

If you wanna come here and just live it up and enjoy the scenery and have fun, yeah, the clubs are fun. If your goal for the three nights is to get laid, aim a little more down-to-earth. Those afforementioned Ohio sorority girls are here on vacation all the time.

Your chances of getting laid boil down to how hot you are. You can throw all the money around and buy endless rounds of drinks, but if the chicks are not attracted to you, they won't sleep with you.

On the other hand, if you are fit and good looking and know how to chat up a woman without scaring her away, you might get laid without having to spend a whole lot of money.

But if you're really intent on getting laid, brings loads of cash because prostitutes can always be found on South Beach.

I have had luck at clubs, but that pales in comparison to my success rate at bars you get more face time at bars. And the more face time you get the better your chances unless you're a total nimrod. Then you might just have to flaunt some cash or a nice car...

Specifically, I'd say Playwright and Waxy's are good bars to meet girls, especially tourist girls. The Clevelander is good too, although that will vary depending on the night. Past that any good hotel bar isn't bad either.

It helps to try to see it from the girl's perspective, too. If some guy is just panting to get into bed, she would likely think, "What's in it for me?" You would either have to be really physically attractive, sweep her off her feet with your charms, or have "collateral." But if her only interest is in your material possessions, then you're probably not going to have a great time, anyway.

Honestly, I really don't understand men who just want to get their dicks wet for FREE. Why don't you just use escorts or hookers? South Beach or any active club community is going to be full of real girls who are just out partying and having a good time PLUS hookers, mafia members, escorts and so on. Get a few drinks in you and you're not always going to know the difference.

I would just cut to the chase. Otherwise, it doesn't even seem like a good business model. If you want to get laid, go to the woman who will lay you.
