The lady cop seemed nice, conversant and cariñosa. Cordial rapport was established.

Can't tell from the video what set her off to arrest you.

She looks like a normal 99%'er, waiting for her shift to end to feed her three kids.

There are a couple of odd jumps in there as you're walking up the sidewalk and the lady cop first sees you, and then another one where the guy first says "arrestee". I can hear only part of her explanation about why you were arrested. Did they cut out part of the video or did you just turn it off during those parts?

When I recovered the video, it gets returned to me in bits and pieces. I am going to a professional service and get the whole thing recovered.

Looks like there was something wrong with the Cam.. Even after the police apprehended you the cam seemed like it kept jumping while it was facing in the down position...

Maybe they did Screw with the cam,I wouldn't put it pass them...

Lots of innocent people got arrested just for being at Occupy movements..but the fact that they deleted your video footage is wrong on so many levels. Good luck with recovering! Did you contact Huffington Post about this?

Actually, the occupiers have been telling police that they are part of the 99 % too, since the movement began.
