Cut back on alcohol
Loose weight
Get in shape
Be a better husband
Socialize more
Get involved in community activities
Work harder

If Scott can ride a scooter across America, I can make these changes.

Gus, this is amazing, congratulations. Committing to big changes is hard, but once you do it, I really believe it can make life so much happier and more fulfilling. I'm really excited for you!

Not because of Scott (though he IS awesome and inspiring), but I have been trying to make some big, positive changes in my life, too. Lack of exercise is a big problem for me, so I'm taking up raquetball (have courts nearby), and would do tennis if I had a regular partner.

I too want to get involved in community activities. I have to revisit some info I had saved on organizations that interested me.

I was just reading in your blog that you'd stopped off for the night in Brooksville, Florida. You should have checked into their nude dude ranch B&B that just opened! I know, hindsight's 20-20 right?

I saw there was a nudist resort somewhere around brooksville. Debated staying there just for the experience. The awful, awful experience. No offense to nudists.

Funny how this all was brought to our attention by Coach that was asking if it was a joke... Then it turned in to a going away party... and now he's made it to LA. I'm so happy this was able to take place!! Scott, you're awesome.
