Those shoes look like a kindergarten glitter and glue project!
I think those shoes spell high maintenance. But that's not fair to say, because I love shoes, and I'm not high maintenance. We women ... we are enigmas.
Take a look at the shoes below. These were worn by a young fella I know in the tech community. He is definitely not a sneakers kind of guy. He still carries an old fashioned moleskine type notebook and actually writes with a pen in longhand, instead of fiddling with an iPhone.
The other shoe you see in the frame is my very sexy cast boot.

Have you ever broken a leg, Rihan? Just curious.

I can see myself wearing shoes like that. Maybe with a pair of jeans.

I've seen lots of guys lately wearing shoes like that, and I get that they're trendy or whatever, but they look a bit elfin to me... something about them irks me... or maybe it's the guy I see wearing them... to me, those shoes say arrogant... or maybe it's just the guy I know who wears them.. multiple versions....

ps… if you have sex w/ a hooker while she's sleeping, is that considered rape or shoplifting?"
I don't get this. Is it supposed to be funny?

really, it's just a joke, not so serious.... didn't mean to get anyone's knickers in a twist

So Rihan, if you've never worn a cast boot, I'm curious as to why you hate them. They are designed to replace a plaster cast for people who have broken bones in their foot, ankles or legs.
Rebecca, the shoes do look elfin, but they're not different than pointy-toed pumps on a woman. They just lengthen the foot and create the illusion of a longer leg. In this particular guy, it seems ok to me (he's not arrogant).
As for the joke, if the hooker is sleeping and you still pay her ... then it's not shoplifting eh?

It's funny you say that because I was thinking these shoes would be perfect with a pair of stockings and knickerbockers.Originally Posted by Rebecca Lucente

AHA - I get it, it's because some of these men who wear them are also dealing with a Napoleon complex...Originally Posted by Maria de los Angeles

I think girls in casts are hot.
I also do not like the square-toed mens shoes. I prefer roundy-toes.

The men's shoes above seem too narrow at the front, and the severity of the square shape doesn't appeal to me.
