Never been to Viernes Culturales, been meaning to go., but - meh !

Aside that, Little Habana is a Hell Hole and hopefully eventually razed.

Do you go much, Blackford? If you haven't been recently - like to legitimately eat/drink there -- you should. It's the odd area of Miami that's cool and fun and hasn't been overrun by greed (yet) so is still affordable and relaxing. Closed down B&C AND Cuba Ocho the other night and it was one of the funner nights I've had in a while. Also, some great new restaurants opening up there, they're just not hyped.

Ya, I hit up Sedanos for Lysol and a mop plus other.

Never experienced Viernes Culturales and have been meaning to. But Little Havana, is tough to avoid, especially when Calle Ocho filters straight to where we live. I'm actually about often in that hood.

Where else can you eat tacos and insist the proprietor pour you a shot of Tequila you know he has hidden under the counter ? That's Calle Ocho inside baseball you know too well about.
