    Thanks Juicy J.

I went to your website and it said 30$.

So I understand there is no flat rate from MIA airport to Doral area like there is from MIA airport to South Beach zones?

No, however this what you can/could do: Have your sister instead take the "SuperShuttle" transporation to her destination.

Everything inclusive, $22.00 with tip included.

You sister will be able to locate a "supershuttle" at the same location where she would have hailed down/ flagged a taxi cab driver.

Help save her eight bucks :coolsmirk:

    Juicy J,

Do you know if the supershuttle has a schedule?
Or is like every 20-30 minutes, 24 hours a day?

    Hi martine,

The supershuttle is supposed to run every 15-20 minutes. However last time I tried to get it they told me no one else was traveling to my zip code so I'd have to wait 40 minutes until they had more people. That is not how it is supposed to work and I gave up and got a cab. So tell your sister to check the wait times as saving the $10 or so is not worth the extra 30 minutes standing at that miserable arrival zone at MIA.

A taxi to south beach is $32, a flat rate. The super shuttle runs 24 hrs, but it adds about 45 min to your trip.

    That's not true.

You call can supershuttle ahead of time and schedule an approximated departure time. Supershuttle is personal transporation route, while a cab/taxi always look for fare.

Either way, just be fully informed.

I did try and book ahead on the website but you can't do it for Miami airport for some reason. (Probably cos that place can't get it's act together.)

Supershuttle is a good deal and I've taken it before very happily. I just think the service can be hit and miss.

    Hi martine_aimee,

A taxi is going to be the cheapest and quickest way to go.

I called the hotel. Julie, at the front desk, told me, a taxi from Miami Airport to the Residence Inn in Doral costs about $20.

    Happy travels!

    Moderated.

Sorry for the inconvenience however your post content has been removed as it was completely off-topic, the title is Taxi fare from Miami Airport to Residence Inn in Doral? I do not see how recommending Limousine services that are much more expensive versus a taxi is relevant.

Please keep your post on-topic, we're not bad Moderators who forbid you to post we simply want you to have fun, share some conversations in our threads and help other members with their questions as we would you
