Looking for a Quiet Hotel within South Beach
I am looking for a Quiet Hotel within South Beach, so south of 23rd. It needs to have a Oceanfront view. It doesn't need to have any special customer service, just clean and quiet. Money isn't an issue, but no point in wasting it when all I want is clean, quiet and a view.
Thank You for any replies.

Re: Looking for a Quiet Hotel within South Beach
If you want a view of the Ocean, your options are actually more limited as there are no hotels on the ocean soun of 14th. They're all across Ocean Drive, and there's no such thing as a quiet hotel on Ocean Drive.
The Gansevoort is pretty quiet. Like they have clubs in there and all, but the hotel itself, once you're inside, is very relaxing. The Raleigh is also fairly relaxed if you're not out be the pool on a Saturday or something.
The W is like the Gansevoort in that it has clubs and restaurants in it, but when you get to the actual room areas it's almost serene.

Try the Marriott south beach (the one in the 100 block of Ocean Dr, not the other one). It's fairly quiet yet close to most places, and many rooms have balconies. The Loews is another possibility. W and Gansevoort are good too as Matt said.

My picks for you are the National and Raleigh. Both are beachfront, and nice but not as expensive as the Gansevort or W.
