Miami Beach Hotel research
Hey everyone,
Juts doing a bit of research on the Hotel Miami Beach Hotel. I've looked at trip adviser which nine times out of ten will supply decent information but thought I'd stretch out the barrier and ask you pro's also.
The holiday isn't until March time next year but hey i need to get through a days work reading about something, so why not my future holiday ha.
I'm traveling with a group of 4-5 lads, all of us being around the 22 mark. Our travel agents told us that Miami Beach hotel is the best for "young people" for location and price/value. As we want it to be nice however... its a lads holiday so... you know.
So if anyone's stayed there or you would recommend another hotel for me to look into also that would be much appreciated.
Hope y'alls well

Re: Miami Beach Hotel.
I googled the name and don't know which hotel you mean. That is their official name? Do you have an address to go with it?

The Hotel Miami Beach? That sounds like the name of a hotel that would be in another city. Can you double check that?

I know of one hotel, that's simply called "The Hotel" on 8th and Collins. Could it be Miami Beach Resort?

Since none that have chimed or I have familiarity with that hotel, I suggest you share what you're prepared to pay a night.
You won't get steered wrong here.

Re: Miami Beach Hotel research
We are going in August, and staying in Tradewinds Hotel Apartments
It has quite good reviews on tripadvisor and seems to be handy for the beach and Collins Ave, but we shall see when we get there! it looks quite small from the pictures!

I used to live there, weevee12. In the apartment just to the right of the front desk. Very nice place, though the cable sucks and there's no dishwashers. Except in my old unit, I had it wired for better cable and had a dishwasher installed. I'm sure those bastards are renting it for an extra $200 a week now.
Lots of models live there too, which is kind of cool. And it's removed enough from South Beach that you get some quiet. But a cheap cab ride to all the action. or walk if the weather is nice.

Re: Miami Beach Hotel research
guk, if you are interested in a luxury resort such as Fontainebleau or Eden Roc Miami beach then definitely hit me up and I can set you up with my connect. If you are interested in 3 star accommodations, I can direct you to some of the best options. Just need an idea of what kind of stay you are looking for and how much room you need (a hotel room, 1bedroom suite, 2 rooms, etc)

Re: Miami Beach Hotel research
Pretty sure you're referring to the Miami Beach Hotel and Spa at 4833 Collins Avenue. Never stayed there but you can usually tell what kind of experience you will have based on their nightly price. You get what you pay for.
