Look into the Standard. It's tranquil and removed from the mayhem of South Beach, but you can hop in a cab and easily go to great restaurants and experience the nightlife. It almost feels like you're on a Carribean island.

I like the idea of The Standard too. Their sister property, The Raleigh, is on the ocean and you can take their shuttle back and forth. Also, it has a fabulous spa where you could probably order a couples massage. Miami Beach Luxury Boutique Hotels | Hip Hotels Miami Florida They do not offer a romance package.

If you don't mind being a little north of all the South Beach action, The Palms Hotel and Spa and the Eden Roc are two gorgeous properties on the ocean that I recommend.

The Palms has a romance package: Miami Beach Vacation Packages | The Palms Hotel & Spa, Florida

The Eden Roc is a luxury Marriott hotel so if you have Marriott points you can take advantage of that: Miami Beach Resorts | Miami Beach, Florida Resorts | Miami Beach Luxury Resorts They do not offer a romance/honeymoon package on a regular basis but you can call guest relations and see if they can do anything for you, depending on the dates of your stay.
