They did a great job grooming Gingie and it’s only $32. Way better than John’s on Alton. There is also a Cavalier puppy for sale, $800. Her ears look so cute fluffy..they’re usually all scraggly.

Hey everybody! Here’s a chance to meet all your favorite bloggers, including some who contribute to this site either here in the forums or in our News section or both. Coach, a member of the forums, and I have organized a little get together for November 21. Read details below and make sure you RSVP.

The South Florida Blogosphere is expanding at an exponential rate! Many of us know each other online — we cross-link, cross-post, and support each other — and sometimes, we even fight. However, how many of us have actually met in person? With this question in mind, Maria of Sex and the Beach, and Annette and James of Soul Of Miami, have joined forces to bring a SoFla Blogup where we can meet and greet bloggers and their fans.

On Saturday, November 21st, Graziano’s Brickell Restaurant is hosting this exciting event. Graziano’s will serve complimentary hors d’oeuvres. A specialty drink and wine will be available at $5.00 a glass.

The event runs from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm to make it more convenient for those people with families and those with nightlife commitments to attend. Doors will open for bloggers (and their plus ones) from 2pm to 3pm. Readers, fans and all others welcome after 3 pm.

Clay vs Tropics: advice please

I am deciding between a private room (not a hostel bed) in the Clay or the Tropics. Any advice on which would be better and why. Also, is the Continental hotel as bad as all the reveiws say it is?

Hey all!

I’m Sean and I will be visiting SoBe/Miami for 3 days… from 11/18-11/21… along my vacation route. I will be traveling alone. I am consiering relocating for work in the future.

I have a few questions…

1.Keep in mind I have read the posts and guides here regarding dress and such in Miami, so please don’t direct me there. Can someone suggest a nightclub that DOES allow sneakers, or at least a VERY casual dress code?

To limit my luggage I will be traveling very light and without dress type clothes. I mean… I am on vacation ya know? To be clear, I have no interest in hooking up, nor do I have any interest in going to a super popular club. I just want to have a few drinks and dance a bit, something I can’t do in dress shoes anyways.

2.Does anyone know of a fitness gym that offers day passes? I’m having trouble finding one. I did however get a one day trial from Crunch so that’s a start.

Anyways, thanks for any advice group! Can’t wait to see your city.
