Hi, my name is Vic809 and i found this page researching for apartment's/Studios, things to do, cost of living, etc etc. This page is very helpful for visitors and people that's planning the Big move to Miami.
Well a little about me, i'm a 30 year old man, not married, no kids, pretty laid back, loves to go out once in a while, i enjoy cooking, dancing, going to movies.

I've decided to move to Miami from the caribbean in Late February, i will be staying at my aunt's house for a while (hopefully not more then a month) after the month i will be getting my own place with the savings that i have (should get me a cheap car and at least 2 months of rent) would hate to be a burden on my family, Hopefully i can find a job quickly and keep on trucking lol..... If anyone knows of some affordable and SAFE areas or apartments please let me know, my rent range is $600-$800. Would love it to be in the Tamiami Area so i can be close/BUT NOT TO CLOSE to my family. It can be a Great looking Efficiency WITH kitchen (love to cook), a really nice studio, or a 1BR apartment.
