Miami Area Crossfit Gyms

Does anybody have any experience with the local CrossFit gyms? I'll be relocating to Miami in a couple months somewhere between downtown and Coral Gables, so the only two gyms in that proximity are Peak360 in South Miami and CrossFit Gables. I've been in a local program here in Ohio for a month or so now and really like it, highly recommended.

I'm not aware of any crossfit gyms, but there must be some around. Check out meetup.com, there might one there. Thru meetup.com I once joined a P90X group, pretyy good.

South Beach - 930 Alton Rd.

North Beach - "CrossFit A1A" - 71st & Collins. Looks popular, there's always people training in there when i pass by.

The one on 9th and Alton looks hard as s**t! I always see them running past me at Starbucks and I've walked past a few times.

My friend does it and looks great, it certainly gives results.

It's a gym that does crossfit workouts. It's a new sort of high-intensity workout trend that's really caught on. I have some friends who are instructors....
