    Default Miami building info please?

We are considering a couple of different buildings in different areas. Could you please give me some feedback on the buildings...Brickell - Villa Regina, Downtown - Downtown Lofts 1, North Bay Village - Grandview. I read some reviews that the Grandview had an infestation of cockroaches.
    Thanks!!

Hi wcd, I am sorry that I can't help with your question as I don't know these buildings, I live in South Beach. However, have you seen the buildings? Walked around with the concierge or realtor and seen all the common areas, how often they clean it, when they spray for bugs? This will give you a good idea of how clean the buildings are.

Is it for renting or buying?

I'm also unfamiliar with those buildings. But you can try googling the addresses and see what comes up. Another thing you can do with rentals is see if they're listed on apartmentratings.com. If a tenant has a beef with a landlord, chances are he's left a review on there!

Thanks, Jess and Doug!!! We have not been down there yet, we are planning to go this weekend. We did have a friend check out the Downtown Loft 1 on NE 3rd st. We can't believe how fast rental units go, many have been rented before we were able to get down to even see them. We have put in an application an are waiting...

Good luck! The rental market has gotten so much more competitive these days than it used to be.

I'll also add that retail space has entered bidding war porportions in Brickell and downtown. It's crazy !
