Cool Where to Find a Rental?

    Good Morning

I am relocating to Miami, and looking for a small condo/apartment to rent on a monthly basis, while I am looking for a proper place to stay - Does anyone know what the best websites/places are to find these? I have tried a few, but some seem very shady.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Arrival date is labour weekend 31st August.

Do you have a budget (per month) that you would like to stay within?

You could find a $2000 short term rental at the Decoplage & Flamingo while you search for your next home. They aren't online but a Realtor can send you the available listings.

You can also try Sublet.com for short term rentals.

    Good luck!

Finding apartments without a realtor in Miami can be very shady. I reccommend that you stick with Realtor if possible. Alot of people in Miami are foreclosing on apartments .. and they rent them out .. then one day you get a "you have 30 days to vacate your property because bank is taking posession" notice from the Police.

I have a friend who's a realtor and she's always done wonders for me. Look her up "Aixa Nunez"

Copy & Paste from your other topic of 'Apartment Hunting?'
