    Look what the moon and crazy tide brought in. In all honesty, I prefer tentcles over fecal matter. That's never disclosed. Tourqoise is still Tourquise, even with fecal matter and busted mains. It's all about the view and a cool Octopus in ther garage. I could sell thhat idea. LOL !

    The Mirador on West Av. The basement is below sea level and they're on the bay.

    I lived most of my life in a basin. Flooding in MB is a no-brainer. Fisher dredged as much as he could in the day. Think he did better than the Chinese piling over reefs.
