Hi,

Real estate transactions always put the onus of a capital-gains tax on investors. Interestingly, taxes can be deferred lawfully by reinvesting in a ‘like kind' 1031 Real Estate Exchange Property through Qualified Intermediaries. This allows investors the privilege of upgrading investments in property within a given time frame, conducive to enhancing wealth.

Thanks & Regards
