Is this promotion incentive enough for you to buy real estate in Miami?

"As condo promotions in general kick into high gear, Leviev Boymelgreen Developers of Florida has set a new bar - a $1.5 million membership agreement with the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts. The deal calls for all new buyers for two of the developer's projects near the center to get bronze center memberships included in their condo purchases.

The Marquis Luxury Condominium is across from Carnival Center and the Vitri is across the MacArthur Causeway at the gateway of South Beach.

New buyers at both projects are to get the membership, usually priced around $12,500. Benefits include concierge service and recognition as a center donor with a name permanently inscribed on granite donor walls in the main lobbies of the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Ballet Opera House and the John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall."
For people who have already purchased real estate at Vitri or Marquis, Carnival Center said it will offer a 20 percent discount on any membership.
