Biography:: Gone are the days during the "boom" in Miami where agents just had just put their sign on the lawn, and then were accepting a full price sale contract before returning to the office.

When listing homes for sale it's a different market and it's about targetting the home. Those that say that "It's real rough these days." or "It's real tough out there and it's getting worse" are clearly not realizing that we are in a position to help others, not just ourselves. A true Realtor, works (of course) for the monetary award, but just as much for satisfaction in a job well done in practicing Real Estate in Florida. Our designation is to be held in a prestegious manner.
