Customer Support Specialist
MiamiBeach411, Inc. is looking to add a Customer Support Specialist to its Miami Beach 411 Total Support Team to help better service the needs of our ever-growing customer base.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Miami Beach 411 Total Support Team, it will be your task to:
- assist customers with issues relating to the Miami Beach 411 product line via phone, live chat and emails
- coordinate driver's schedules
- be a familiar face on our forums, assisting members with general travel and relocation-related questions
- act as a moderator for forum management, spam clean up, etc
- assist customers with planning their vacation
- create travel articles and how-to's that will provide self-help for our customers
Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working in Miami
- 3+ years experience with creating and editing web-based documents, spreadsheets, Calendars, Maps, and Email
- knowledge of a variety of Miami questions, including hotels, restaurants, nightlife and directions
- solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- previous Customer Service/Support experience with a high level of "soft skills"
- experience in the travel-industry is a plus
Candidate Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- fluency in English is a must; English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
- a modern computer connected to high-speed broadband internet is required and not supplied by the company
Work Schedule
- 3 days during the week, from 4pm to 9pm
- Saturday and Sunday, from 9am to 2pm
- 8 hours a week flexible
Benefits & Salary:
- $12 - $15 per hour, plus commission, depending on experience
- part time (25 - 30 hours per week), with Full time TBD
