Recent Changes Regarding Photos in the Forum
MiamiBeach411 Members,
There has been a recent change to the thumbnail structure of the site, in order to help the older Expression Engine members ease into vBulletin we have increased image thumbnail sizes to 400 pixels instead of the default 100px. There will be a new video tutorial made asap showing you all how to insert large images into posts so please bare with me until I have it released.
Testing larger attachment image... (Blurry Image to begin with, also attaching another game related image...)
*Now as you can see by clicking on them, they still show smaller than seen in the post so the best way will be to use external images OR Album images.

Oh, great! So now we can share our pics in a larger size again? I missed that feature of the old site. It was almost like looking through a magazine...

I was able to put up larger pics on the new site by having them hosted on photobucket. I resorted to photobucket, because I couldn't figure out the other way to put them up....but, photobucket did make them big on the page.

Well you can still use the [IMG] codes to post from Photobucket, that will always show the large images otherwise you can upload to albums here and use that URL instead .

Click on the button to create a new album then upload images from your PC there, I'll have a video up on this by (edit: tomorrow morning, kids are just now being put to bed) tonight
Edit: I just made changes to the attachment settings so no matter what you post image wise, as an attachment or just an image in a post it will resize them all to 600 x 600. Attached images will use vBulletin default lightbox and external images will use MB411's new image resizer so the forums always look nice yet everyone has that old large image feeling back!
*Also behind the scenes a script is running to rebuild all the attachment sizes if they have changed so give it a few more minutes to finish then any image you click on should bring up the same size if not larger in the lightbox, for example if you click the game related image I posted above now *@ 4:29pm est) the script has not had enough time to run so the lightbox brought up to view it in after you click it shows it smaller, that will change once the script hits that attachment id # and rebuilds it to the correct size.
