Looking good!
Great job, Mike.
Just a few notes:
- Above the Forum search, add the Google site search
- At the top of the thread pages, add a link that reads - << Back to Forum_Category
- Replace the logo with an all blue "Miami Beach 411" logo
- Link logo to home page
- Remove "Tags" link below the message box
- Like Dunder Mifflin, at the top of the page, add a button that opens a window with some navigation (Blogs, Travel Store, Search, Control)
Anyone have any suggestion?

i must be doing something wrong....
om my iphone, on the forum tab, at the bottom left is a pull down for format. Mobil is chosen, but it just looks (and loads) like the super great regular version.

Fred, the mobile style should be detecting that you're browsing from the iphone.
I'm happy you mentioned "load times". After Mike sorts out why you can't see the style from you iphone, let us know if the pages in the new style load faster.

Re: Miami Beach 411 Mobile Style!
Mike, seems like there are too many mobile style choices in the drop down menu. Can you limit it to 1 mobile style?

still the same
Gus and Mike,
On my Iphone the drop down menu lists the format as"MiamiBeach411 Mobil v2"
It looks the same as a standard view and loads no faster.....
Am I doing something wrong???

Gus mentioned you were having an issue accessing it I'm going to have a look now let's see why it's being mean to you Fred, bad style changer!

Fred, for now a link has been added to the footer on this current style, on the blue bar across the bottom right side across from the Style Selector are the links... Contact Us Terms of Service / Top etc that now has a link titled "Mobile" and click it to view until I sort out why you can't via the style selector .

Re: Miami Beach 411 Mobile Style!
There are still a few design issues to sort out, but I'm loving the mobile style.
Thanks for your patience, Fred. I want to get it working for you.

Easy to use!
Key is had to use mobile tab rather than pull down menu!

Here's some additional feedback:
A few days ago I had the same problem as Fred, i.e. selecting "mobile style" from the drop-down list made no difference on my Windows Mobile PDA with both IE and Opera Mobile.
Today, it is switching correctly to the Mobile style on both browsers from either drop-down list or from the new mobile button at lower-right. As a bonus, it seems to detect the IE mobile browser automatically and switches to the mobile style on first loading the site. I don't think it's doing so in Opera though it seems to if that was I mode I used last, so effectively that's just as good.
Overall the new Mobile style is much more user-friendly on small screens, and thanks to Mike and Gus for making it possible.

Can you have it default to Mobile style on a mobile device? With a note that you can change it back.
It looks like only the forums are mobilized, but not the front page?

Thanks for the feedback rk, there were some recent adjustments a few days ago about the time your thinking of if I'm assuming correctly where I had to uninstall an older version manually to sort some issues I noticed and now you should be good to go as you described and as Gus mentioned above we have a few tweaks in store I actually need to get back on the ball .

It should, what device is it not detecting coach, what are you using? Yes unfortunately for now it's only the forum however with time we'll have it on the Home Page and Blog that's actually in the works now as part of a larger project so more info as we progress .
