Hotel and party in one?
Hi,
Can anyone help me out? Two guys from Denmark - one night stay at Miami Beach. We are looking for two things:
1) A nice hotel with a good party - maybe so good we dont have to leave the hotel?
2) A nice restaurant
Arriving friday May the 3rd!
Thanks in advance!
Andy

Re: Hotel and party in one?
Fontainebleau might be the only hotel you wouldn't have to leave for a party since LIV is there. Though to get in as 2 guys you'd have to dress very well, pay cover, and get there at like 11 before everyone else gets in.
The Clevelander has a great pool bar scene at night, but you wouldn't want to spend your whole night there. It's a great place to start though.
SLS has rooms that midgets would feel cramped in, but they have 2 great restaurants and Hyde is an ok club. Insanely overpriced for what it is, but a good scene..
Restaurants, that 100% depends on what you like. And your price range. Don't go to Mr. Chow, that's about the only thing I can completely tell you. Past that, it's really up to what you like and are looking for.

The Clevelander if you're on a budget.
The Fountainbleu if money is no issue!

Re: Hotel and party in one?
As Matt write Fontainebleau is pretty much the only one where you would want to stay depending on whether you get in or not.
SLS have a club and a resturant, so does Delano next door and the W (Mr Chow - which Matt doesn't recommend for some reason).
Mostly any of the hotels at Collins Ave around 14th to 23th street are okay and will be close to all the fun, but depending on what you expect not necessarily places where you would want to stay all night.
Hilsen en anden dansker.

A night at Mr. Chow and Wall is my version of Hell.

I have never been inside Wall (luckily - apparently), but I have heard it is very small and you feel like cramped inside a box.
