Will there be a shuttle service during the UMF??

Haha you've GOT to be kidding.

In a word, no. Last year it was a nightmare getting back to the beach, I had to call my friend (Matt M!) and get him out of bed to come pick me up and take me and my friends home.

Transport to and from Ultra is a nightmare from South Beach.

Space is the easiest to get to and where most people head. But buy tickets and leave Ultra early to get in, or you may be disappointed.

shit i plan on goin to ultra all 3 days so not even considerin going out between nites. wudnt last without being chemicalled to the eye balls at that rate. also maimi doesnt put anything on for anyone. ud think on halloween with thousands of extra ppl there they wud have had a few portable toilets like on job sites? same as new years etc? u get what u get here and no extras from the city unless theres money to be made from it

Dont worry, there are porta toliets at Ultra bob.... the lines can get long for them though so as i male i advise finding some buses away from people to go in lol.

Also to HETPE, if you go to Space after Ultra make sure you change... or at least that you're not wearing flip flops or shorts they were turning away people at the door last year who had just walked over from Ultra without changing.

Those toilets were gross though. I went once that first day, made Matt Meltzer guard the door, and then vowed to not drink anything the rest of the day so I didn't have to go again. It worked too.

shuttle from where? u can take the S or C bus from south beach to Ultra and vice versa but they are prob going to be packed busses that are also stuck in massive traffic jams. Theres is all kinds of stuff to do after Ultra.. here is the list for that week

its better to take a cab there. cabs are preped for umf. at edc they have shuttles but it was a piece of crap

In April I'm going to Coachella in Palm Springs and I am not happy about the port a potty situation! That's the one thing I HATE about any sort of isolated, outdoor festival. I think some DJ's from Ultra will be at Coachella.

I used them recently at the ING marathon. Nothing you can do! Just take hand sanitizer in your bag and a guy friend to wait outside the door

Once youve entered Ultra can you leave and then return.

For example 3pm go see a Dj
then go to the city or beach
Return at 8/9pm to see a another?

I believe there is a strict "no pass out" policy as there has been in the past. It MAY change from year to year but every time I've gone this has not been an option.

In that case then I'm sure turning up at 7pm wouldn't be an issue would it? They dont stop entry after a certain time.

Just we may be late if doing something in the city. As only in Miami 5 days we want to see parts of the city also.
