    Default Marlin's Stadium Homeless Hotel

The plot just thickens at Marlin's Stadium...

After just a few months the city realized they have a potential $2M tax liability for parking revenue, another dusty law is discovered.... and I love it !

Lawmakers have recently found a law that forces any sports facility built on government funds, be allowed to shelter homeless on dark nights. Those behind the plate season tickets MB411 purchased, will be enjoyed for free by many.

The reason I'm gleeful is I detest sports team owners from milking a city of millions to build a stadium. Where I grew up, we didn't play that and haven't had an NFL team in nearly tweenty years. Now the NFL has been begging for a team in the 2nd largest market. The end result will be the finest stadium without public funding.

From a distance the other day, I witnessed the exterior of the final product and was not impressed. Some of those funds would have been best used to restore the Marine Stadium in Key Biscayne.

The new stadiums in Dallas and New York (Jersey) I believe were both privately funded. And apparently are palaces.

I seriously hope the city starts doing that as a big F*ck You to the Marlins. I almost wouldn't mind the stench of urine and Mad Dog during games if it meant Loria, Samson and Co had to share their home with the homeless.

In other news did you see the place will officially be called "Marlins Park" as it opens.

Bastards couldn't find any company that wanted its name attached. Serves them right.
