Default Peruvian Food Cooking Class ... Anyone Interested?

Greetings friends ... I recently took a cooking class with Chef George Montes in Davie and it was so much fun! The classes are hands-on, everyone gets to cook and eat.

I was wondering if anyone would like to take the class? This idea is a spin-off from a thread about Peruvian food Sabor A Peru - Homestyle Food, Great Prices in Biscayne Corridor

Peruvian food is very delicious. On the day of my class, we had beef, ceviche, potatoes in a spicy cheese sauce plus much more. The classes are held in Chef George's industrial kitchen, where he also prepares food for his catering gigs.

If we want to do a special Miami Beach 411 group, cost is $35 per person and we need a minimum of 10 people or the equivalent amount of cost ($350).

If this is something that might interest you, please post here.

Sounds good Maria. For this and that, don't anticapte being in Miami till Sep or Oct. Who Knows ? Might have to play dodge ball with the hurricanes between places.

When you throw out a date, I'll give it a serious look. This sounds like a cool interactive meet-up and hope it's pulled off.

October sounds good. More time to fatten up my little creatures.
