I Found Some Natural Viagra
No, this isn't a spam ad! I wanted to share a recent discovery I made -- an amino acid called L-Arginine. It expands the arteries and gives you an increased energy, and also acts very much like Viagra in that it also works on blood flow in your (ahem) nether regions. In addition, it stimulates human growth hormone, which gives your body renewed youth, and helps reduce heart disease by impeding blockages. Doctors recommend 1-3 grams a day, and it really makes a difference once you hit 40.
I believe that a lot of what we call aging is just a deficiency in some simple little thing, like L-Arginine or omega 3 fatty acids. Anybody else have some good results with these or other supplements?

Yes, it enhances sensation, so it works with women also. It works the same way on the clitoris as it does the penis, seeing as how they're basically the same thing.
In addition to the sexual pluses, L-Arginine also helps with a number of other body functions. Here's a list of things it helps with:

Re: I Found Some Natural Viagra
Hey Doug........here is another one...DHEA........it helps the body convert it to testosterone, thus increased...........ummmmm "omph"......in men.......and women ..
I do studies on my on, because here in the future, I am hoping to present an article in a nursing journal....shape...or otherwise other journal about what STRESS....does to the body, absorption of key chemicals we need in our body....that will take its toll on our busy bodies......
Will definitely look in to the L- arginine.... Oh an interesting article I read online to those "couch potatoes".......weekend warriors....those that get in at least 3 hrs a day of "remote control" curls.... ....the more inactive a man is...Whatever age........and less cardiovascular exercise he partakes in.........the TESTOSTERONE...decreases/...converts to ESTROGEN......could not believe it myself..when I read it..... thus....low drive, depression...
It is important....for happiness....in all that we do our best to stay active......and eat better......to be our best.....
Thanks for sharing!..Happy New Year!

But you need to be careful because DHEA will also increase estrogen if you take too much of it.

Doug, have you actually tried this with success? Or is this just from information you read?

Oh, yes, I take this stuff about 4 times a day, and it's helping in many ways. Not only as a sexual enhancer, but I notice that since I've been taking it, my chest and arms look bigger, and I haven't even been working out! I read that it helps develop insulin sensitivity, which enhances lean muscle development and fat burning. This is the most tangible result I've ever experienced from any supplement I've ever taken.

Hey Doug, so I took your advice and picked some up. I take 2-4 pills a day, and, though I am extremely skeptical about stuff like this, I have to say it seems to be helping.
Coincident with starting the L-Arganine, I also ramped up my work schedule and dedication to getting out of the day job and into doing my own stuff. That meant going from working 10-12 hours per day to working 12-15 hours per day. Sleep, obviously, also went by the wayside. Of course, when I was 25, this was much easier than now that I am 45.
Even though I am sleeping less and working more, I actually feel much more clear-headed than I did before. I also feel more energetic. I can tell my body is tired, but I still feel like I can keep going.
I haven't really noticed the weight loss effect, though...
