Profile Picture is not displayed?

I have attached a profile picture to my profile but it doesn't seem to be displaying when I post. Can someone assist? I think it fits the requirements and when I look at my profile the picture is there.

Got it to work. Thanks for posting the information. You have to upload the picture as your Avatar.

Glad you worked it out Yes the picture in your profile is only seen when someone clicks your name. The avatar is for the forum photo.
